Please see our array of catering packages and options below. Something not on the menu? Let us know and our caterers will do their best to accommodate your group. We do not allow any external catering companies, Uber Eats/Menulog, food trucks or takeaways onsite. To avoid disappointment, please do not attempt to order these as they will be turned away on arrival.

Our contract caterers are dedicated to delivering high quality catering. They place high importance on supporting our community and the environment. Our menus are available all-year-round and can cater for all dietary requirements.

Catering Terms:
A Private BBQ Area must be hired for catering orders, as your group will need an area to sit and eat. Orders cannot be delivered to bowling rinks.
Jack of Clubs (in-house caterer) orders must be confirmed and paid for 10 days prior to your event. Dietary requirements must be notified no later than 3 working days prior to the event.
Spitting Image Catering (external caterer) Order forms must be submitted directly by you to the caterer to confirm your booking. Please let us know if you have contacted the caterer when making your booking. Please view caterers payment terms and conditions on supplied order form.
A surcharge applies to groups under 30 guests for Jack of Clubs menus - this is stated on the menus. Platter menu does not occur this charge.
Price per head equates to one portion per person. If you would like your group to have a second serving of food, please order additional covers.
Catering charges and conditions come directly from the catering company. FVBSC cannot make any changes to these.
Caterers provide all the utensils, crockery and condiments for the package they are serving. If you are wanting to bring in additional snacks or food items, please provide your own serve-ware as we do not have any of these items to borrow or purchase.
Catered events are prepared and cooked in our commercial kitchen or external kitchen. Packages are delivered to the group, in the area you have hired, at your requested time.
2. Cook your own BBQ
Every outdoor Private BBQ Area comes with one BBQ, tables, chairs and a water resistant or structured marquee covering.
Hosting your own BBQ here is like having a picnic in the park. You may bring along your own raw meats to cook on the BBQ for your guests, as well as salads, condiments, platters of cold foods and snacks.
When you cook your own BBQ, you must also provide your own cooking utensils, plates, cutlery, condiments, oil, cleaning items and serviettes. We do not have any of these items which you can borrow or purchase so please come prepared!
BBQ Hire Terms:
During peak periods (Nov-March), we do not have refrigeration facilities, therefore you will need to bring along eskys to keep your food chilled - all eskys will be checked by Security and Management on entry.
We do not have freezer facilities, please refrain from bringing freezer dessert items to serve to your group.
Please let us know if you are wanting to bring a cake for your celebration as our refrigeration storage is limited during peak periods (Nov-March). Groups must bring their own cake knife, plates, cutlery or serviettes. We do not have any of these items to borrow or purchase.
BBQ's are the only cooking facility we have available to the public. Our commercial kitchen can not be used by the public.
FVBSC does not permit outsourced catering, takeaway food, pre-prepared hot food, or cooking equipment to be brought into the venue by patrons.
Our staff do their best ensure the BBQ’s are cleaned after each use, but please bring your own cleaning items along if you would like to give the BBQ an additional clean.
