Venue hire costs and information
Whether you're interested in organising a social or corporate event, we have a range of areas to accommodate your event needs! Situated within the beautiful Edinburgh Gardens, our historic facility offers 10 outdoor BBQ areas, as well as our popular Marquee, Deck and Bar area and access to a public barefoot bowls green. Our indoor Clubhouse can be partially hired (N/A Friday & Saturdays Nov-March) for social events including birthdays, quiz nights, conferences, music and fundraisers.
Our Seminar Room is the perfect space for your next offsite meeting or team building activity. If you are working with a not-for-profit organisation, please contact us through our Community Involvement page.

Hire Fees
Private BBQ / Beer Garden Area
$100 per time slot
*Each area is equipped with one BBQ with gas, outdoor tables, seating and water resistant or structure marquee coverings. Extra BBQ’s are available to hire for $100.00 each.
Marquee, Deck and Bar
$1000- $1500 per time slot - no minimum bar spend
*Inclusive of staff, wristbands, 1 x BBQ use, 1 x heater and security. Please enquire with Events staff for more information.
Clubhouse
$500 per time slot
Additional $2000 minimum bar spend required, non-negotiable over peak summer months
*Extra security & staff charges will apply. Please enquire with Events staff for a full quote.

$300 per time slot
Area Capacities
Private BBQ / Beer Garden Area
Anywhere between 1-65 people. *Each area has a maximum guest capacity, larger groups may be required to hire a second area.
Marquee, Deck and Bar
Min. 80 - Max. 100 people
*Groups with 90 guests or more will need to hire area 6 & 7, this will increase the maximum guest capacity to 130 people.
Clubhouse
Tables and seating: Min 20 - Max. 100 people
Standing: Min 50 - Max. 100 people
Seminar Room
U-shape: Max. 24 people
Theatre: Max. 30-40 people
Standing: Max. 40 people
